The Graph Database market is exploding and is projected to accelerate over the coming years. To help us capitalize on the demand for ArangoDB with our business focus of ‘Graph Powered GenAI’, our team is looking for a talented, motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Location
Candidates who live in and are authorized to work in the United States or in anywhere the US time zones will be considered. While this is a work-from-home role, some travel may be required.
About the position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop lead generate strategies to increase MQLs
- Optimize HubSpot workflows for nurturing potential leads
- Ensure HubSpot is being used to its fullest potential
- Build and refine custom HubSpot reporting dashboards
- Create targeted campaigns to attract qualified prospects
- Analyze website traffic and conversion rate trends
- Analyze cost per lead and cost per conversion
- Design landing pages optimized for lead capture
- Set up automated email sequences for lead engagement
- Implement A/B testing for email campaign optimization
- Conduct keyword research to enhance inbound traffic
- Build online and social ad campaigns
- Monitor and adjust paid media campaign performance
- Advise on the creation of content tailored to buyer personas' needs
- Analyze competitor strategies for demand generation insights
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize sales outreach
- Optimize website CTAs for improved conversion rates
- Drive SEO improvements for increased organic visibility
- Track and report on campaign ROI and metrics
- Advise on the creation of lead magnets, eBooks, and downloads
- Implement social media ads targeting key industry segments
- Integrate HubSpot with CRM for seamless sales handoff
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in high-tech, B-2-B demand generation roles
- Prior experience with SaaS products and with B2B Enterprise Customers
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and proven familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Understanding of marketing tactics (e.g. advertising campaigns)
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- A nice-to-have is an understanding of topics like Graph, analytics, and machine learning
