About the role:
The Demand Generation Manager III will play an important role in building and executing integrated demand generation campaigns and programs to capture leads, build brand awareness and create buzz. Responsibilities will include focus on increasing leads for the company and have an understanding of marketing operations and processes, email marketing, trade show management and execution. The position will interface heavily with functional leaders and peers in Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Business Operations.
What you will do:
o Prioritize, plan and execute EasyPost trade shows
o Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans for targeted accounts along with nurture programs for other tiered accounts
o Assist with team members on go-to-market strategies and then manage and execute demand generation campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social, nurturing and retargeting)
o Collaborate with sales and marketing for a fully integrated demand generation program to achieve lead generation, increased pipeline and other strategic growth goals.
o Assist with ongoing cross-sell/up-sell programs for existing customers.
o Measurement, analysis and reporting of all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI, including the ability to demonstrate direct or indirect impact on revenue from marketing campaign.
About you:
o Bachelor’s Degree
o 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. 5+ years of field marketing or digital marketing experience designing and executing effective B2B lead generation programs that drive engagement and results
o Experience in the B2B software space, e-commerce or supply chain a plus
o First-hand experience working with marketing automation solutions (HubSpot preferred)
o Organized and self-motivated quick-study with ability to define goals and prioritize work
o Comfortable with balance of day-to-day tactics and long-term strategy
