About the role:
The Process Improvement Administrator II is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing departmental processes to enhance efficiency and productivity and improve overall performance. This role involves working closely with different teams to understand current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
What you will do:
o Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
o Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
o Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and automation.
o Prepare and present reports on the impact of process improvements.
o Work closely with teams across the organization to understand process challenges.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
o Provide training to teams on new and improved processes.
o Develop and maintain documentation for standardized processes.
o Ensure that process improvements align with quality standards and compliance requirements.
o Implement measures to monitor and sustain improvements over time.
o Generate enablement materials and documentation for onboarding new employees and continued training.
o Work cross-functionally with several teams to achieve and maintain sustainable business practices.
o Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the software tool environment.
o Identify deficiencies in the Sales Cycle to optimize processes.
o Oversee workflows for Implementation and onboarding for closed deals.
o Bachelor's degree in business, management, or other related field
o 3+ years of related experience or a master’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
o Project management experience is preferred.
o Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related roles.
o Strong verbal and written communication
o Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
o Experience with CRM and GTM tools, including HubSpot.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
