Kloudless’ technology is used in Netskope’s cloud security products and the company is now Netskope’s subsidiary in Taiwan.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Global Talent Team. You will manage our full-cycle recruiting processes, including identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates who meet current and future staffing requirements. You will also develop and use a variety of proven recruiting strategies including cold calling to fill job openings and ensure cost effective, creative, and strategic candidate sourcing plans for multiple functional teams in multi-locations. You will work alongside the People Operations Lead and other Engineering hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external headhunters and staffing agencies
  • Meet with managers to discuss staffing needs
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Design and implement employee referral programs
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone screens
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Search job sites for potential recruits
  • Personally contact potential candidates
  • Design our overall recruiting strategy and implement it
  • Provide recruiting reports
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Monitor job offers and current compensation
  • Collaborate in a global team between the Berkeley and Taipei offices

Qualifications

  • College Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred 4+ years of recruiting experience, especially as a Technical Recruiter
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Experience working Google Suite, Slack, Trello or similar collaboration tools
  • Experience working with job boards or Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse
